Our Character Development Program is an integral part of the educational experience at CIFMAN College, designed to embed Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) into students’ daily academic and skill development activities. Critical Thinking: Encouraging analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate information objectively.
Mindfulness: Teaching students to be present and engaged in the moment, enhancing focus and emotional regulation.
Creativity: Fostering innovative thinking and the ability to approach problems from new perspectives.
Resilience: Building the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties and adapt to change.
Self-Confidence: Helping students believe in their abilities and take on challenges with a positive attitude.
Decision Making: Enhancing the ability to make thoughtful and informed choices.
Self-Esteem: Encouraging a positive self-image and a sense of self-worth.
Perspective Taking: Teaching empathy and the ability to understand others’ viewpoints.
Responsibility: Instilling a sense of accountability for one’s actions and duties.
Self-Regulation: Helping students manage their emotions and behaviors effectively.
