Our Classroom Management Principles mandate that all class teachers maintain an orderly environment through constant observation and reinforcement of expected behaviors. We have strict policies against bullying and stealing, with clear reporting lines to the Vice Principal (Admin) to ensure immediate resolution of any safety or behavioral concerns. Our physical facilities are managed to be secure and tidy at all times. From official communication protocols that ensure only authorized staff interact with parents, to the structured supervision provided by class leaders and teachers, we create a protected "enabling environment" where students can focus entirely on their personal and academic growth.

    Students at CIFMAN College consistently achieve top-tier results in both local and international examinations. Our learners are prepared for a suite of rigorous assessments including the Lagos State BECE, NECO BECE, WAEC SSCE, and NECO SSCE. By integrating the British curriculum, we also ensure our students excel in international benchmarks such as the Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE. To maintain these high standards, we implement an Academic Improvement Program. This provides targeted intervention classes for students who require additional support in specific subject areas, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to achieve the grades necessary for their next academic milestone.

    CIFMAN College adopts an integrated scheme that blends the Nigerian and British Curriculums. This dual-pathway approach covers both the junior and senior secondary levels, preparing students for the Nigerian BECE and SSCE (WAEC/NECO) alongside the British IGCSE and Checkpoint examinations. This integrated model allows us to offer a global perspective while remaining grounded in national educational requirements. We also provide essential behavioral support through our Counselling Support and Poise & Etiquette programs.     The registration form fee for prospective students is ₦10,000. While tuition fees vary based on the specific academic level and additional services (such as hostel or school bus subscriptions), we offer various financial supports, including a 5% Sibling Discount applicable to the tuition of younger siblings registered in the school. Additionally, CIFMAN College offers competitive scholarship programs. Tuition-free and half-tuition scholarships are awarded to the highest-performing students in our entrance assessments. We also encourage parents to consult our admission office regarding international university scholarships available to our graduating students.
